We follow a transparent, step-by-step editing workflow so you always know what's happening, why it matters, and what you'll receive at each stage. Every manuscript is assigned an editor who guides the process from kickoff to finalization and publication-ready handoff.
After onboarding, you meet your assigned editor for a 30–60 minute briefing (phone or video). We review your book goals, target audience, comparable titles, preferred tone, and any reference materials. We confirm the current manuscript status (outline, partial draft, full draft), agreed deliverables, deadlines, and the best channels for ongoing communication.

The report includes prioritised recommendations (what to fix first), concrete examples, and suggested approaches for revision.
