You will retain full ownership of the materials we create for you, as per the agreed-upon terms. We will not claim any rights to the content, and you are free to publish and use it as you choose.

To ensure the highest level of dedication and efficiency, a 100% upfront payment is required for all our services. This enables us to immediately allocate the necessary resources and assign a dedicated team to your project from the very start. The quoted amount is a one-time, all-inclusive fee, with no hidden charges, recurring payments, or ongoing costs of any kind.

At BookWhisk, authors retain 100% ownership and net royalties from their published works, we (BookWhisk) do not charge, take profits, or deduct any percentage from your future book sales. All proceeds from your book remain entirely yours to keep.

We offer unlimited revisions on the work provided, as long as the revision requests are submitted within 7 days of delivery, or up to 14 days in exceptional cases. All revision requests will be handled based on the urgency of the order, with a typical minimum turnaround time of 24 hours.

The revision turnaround time is as follows:

All project details, objectives, and deliverables will be clearly discussed and agreed upon with the client before the commencement of any work. This ensures mutual understanding and alignment from the outset. Any service-related questions or disputes will be handled in accordance with the agreed project scope, these Terms and Conditions, and fair business practices for both parties.

A full refund may be requested before any work begins on your project. Once the project is initiated, refunds will be processed after deducting any applicable transaction or processing charges.

Please note that orders placed under limited-time promotions or discounted offers are not eligible for refunds.

If you are unsatisfied with any product or service, you may request a refund within five (5) days of order completion. However, at BookWhisk, we offer an unlimited revision policy to ensure every project fully meets your expectations, this allows us to make all necessary adjustments until your vision is achieved.

In the rare event that we are unable to deliver the requested service despite these revisions, we will work with you to provide an appropriate refund or alternative solution based on the circumstances. If no refund request or concern is raised within five (5) days or seven (7) working days after receiving 1st project delievry, it will be considered that you are satisfied with the service or product provided.
