OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT

You will retain full ownership of the materials we create for you, as per the agreed-upon terms. We will not claim any rights to the content, and you are free to publish and use it as you choose.

PAYMENT

A 100% upfront payment is required for the selected service, package, or agreed custom scope so we can allocate the appropriate in-house team and resources. The quote covers the deliverables listed in that scope with no hidden charges. Additional or future services requested outside the agreed scope will be discussed and quoted separately before any extra work begins.

Authors retain 100% ownership and 100% of the net royalties paid by publishing and distribution platforms. Those platforms may deduct their own service, retail, printing, or distribution fees before paying royalties. BookWhisk does not charge a commission or deduct any percentage from future book sales.

The revision turnaround time is as follows:

  • For urgent orders (within 24 hours), the revision time will be 24 hours.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

All project details, objectives, and deliverables will be clearly discussed and agreed upon with the client before the commencement of any work. This ensures mutual understanding and alignment from the outset. Any service-related questions or disputes will be handled in accordance with the agreed project scope, these Terms and Conditions, and fair business practices for both parties.

REFUND POLICY

A full refund may be requested before work begins on your project. Once work has started, refund eligibility and any refundable amount are assessed according to the circumstances, the agreed scope, project progress, work already completed, and applicable transaction or processing charges.

Please note that orders placed under limited-time promotions or discounted offers are not eligible for refunds.

If you are dissatisfied with a product or service, contact us promptly so we can review the situation, the work completed, and the requested resolution. Our revision policy allows the team to address reasonable changes within the applicable revision period before a refund or alternative solution is considered.

When a refund is approved, it is normally processed within seven (7) working days after approval. The time for funds to appear in your account may also depend on your bank or payment provider.
